The Joint Mathematical Council of the United Kingdom became a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) in 2017. JMC is managed by the charity’s trustees in accordance with its constitution and bye-laws. The constitution is subject to approval by the Charity Commission. An annual report and accounts are produced and submitted to the Charity Commission following Council approval at the AGM in November.
