The Joint Mathematical Council of the United Kingdom became a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) in 2017. JMC is managed by the charity’s trustees in accordance with its constitution and bye-laws which are subject to approval by the Charity Commission. An annual report and accounts are produced and submitted to the Charity Commission following Council approval in November.
